Brandon Flying Club Social Function – 1953



The above picture was kindly forwarded to the Canadian Army Aviation Website by Betty Dancey, the wife of former and deceased Canadian Army pilot Capt JP (Bumps) Dancey RCASC. She has suggested that it could have been a function held at the Brandon Flying Club (possibly late fall/early winter 53), in honour of Maj AB Stewart who would have been leaving his position as OC LAS CJATC Rivers Camp MB around that time.
